Roll-To-Roll Screen Press

Roll-fed substrates demand stable tension, accurate registration, and continuous production from unwinding to rewinding. The GRTR Roll-To-Roll screen press integrates unwinding, screen printing, drying, rewinding, inspection, and control systems into one continuous workflow, making roll material printing faster, more stable, and easier to manage.
Designed for flexible roll materials, this Roll-To-Roll screen press supports high-speed screen printing on substrates that require consistent ink transfer and reliable web handling. By connecting printing and drying in one line, the system reduces manual handling, improves production continuity, and supports better output consistency for industrial transfer printing applications.
The Roll-To-Roll screen press is mainly used for printing on roll-fed substrates. Printed patterns can be applied directly to the material or first printed onto a transfer substrate, then transferred by heat transfer or waterslide decal processes onto ceramic, glass, electronic panels, plastic, textiles, and other finished products.

- Automatic Unwinding and Web Correction: Roll materials are unwound automatically and positioned through photoelectric or pneumatic web correction, keeping the printing start point stable and reducing feeding deviation.
- Optional CCD Automatic Registration: High-end models can be equipped with CCD vision alignment technology, achieving registration accuracy up to ±0.02 mm for demanding multi-color or precision printing applications.
- Automatic Tension Control after Printing: The rewinding unit automatically adjusts web tension after printing, keeping finished rolls flat, smooth, and free from wrinkles.
- Wide Material Compatibility: The Roll-To-Roll screen press can process PET, PVC, flexible circuits, and other roll-fed materials. Non-standard configurations, such as UV curing units or anti-static devices, can be customized for label printing, electronic component printing, and special material applications.
- Automatic Unwinding Correction to Protect Material Edges: The unwinding unit keeps the material aligned at the press entrance, reducing edge wear caused by guide components and improving material handling stability.
- Three-Point Positioning for Higher Printing Accuracy: The printing unit uses three-point positioning for each sheet or printing cycle, improving registration accuracy and print consistency.
- Stable Web Tension Throughout the Line: Controlled tension keeps the material from shifting or swinging during movement, allowing the printing press to run faster and more efficiently.
- Independent Printing Head Structure: The printing head is independently installed and can be lifted as a whole or separately, making squeegee and flood bar installation, adjustment, and maintenance more convenient.
