Cold Foil Transfer Machine, Holographic Cold Transfer Machine
The GLT series cold foil transfer machine gives packaging printers a flexible way to add metallic, holographic, and high-value decorative effects without heat-based foil stamping. By using special UV adhesive and pressure, the machine transfers metallic foil onto selected graphic areas or full-surface designs, creating premium gold, silver, holographic, and textured effects on paper and film substrates.
In production, the printing machine first applies special UV adhesive to the substrate according to the required graphic pattern. The glued substrate then passes through the laminating roller, where pressure bonds the cold foil to the printed surface. This cold foil transfer machine can be connected with semi-automatic or fully automatic screen printing machines and combined with snowflake wrinkle effect units, UV curing machines, automatic feeders, and other equipment to build an integrated finishing line.
