The flatbed die cutting machine is applied in printing and packing industries for the die-cutting, creasing and stripping of paper boxes and cardboard boxes, etc. The flatbed die cutting machine is often applied to printed packaging such as wine boxes, cigarette boxes, pharmaceutical packaging, gift boxes, home appliance packaging, and cosmetic boxes. After the die-cutting, embossing, creasing and stripping processes, the packaging material gains a more three-dimensional and aesthetic look.

    1. Feeder
      Feeder
      • Imported patented spiral air sheet-separating presser foot
      • High-performance feeder with four pickup suction heads and four forwarding suction heads ensures consistent and smooth feeding. The suckers have adjustable heights and angles.
      • Adjustable preloading trolleys.
      • Inclined feeding table for high-speed feeding and positioning of thin sheets.
      • Non-stop sheet lifting table for sheet loading.
      • Double sheet sensor is installed.
      • Two modes are available for side registration, which can be selected and switched between according to sheet qualities.
      • Vacuum pumps with sucking/blowing functions.
      • Feeder brush wheels and rubber wheels can be adjusted together.

      • Turbo crank toggle mechanism powers high-accuracy lower platen.
      • Fixed high-accuracy upper platen for flatbed die cutting.
      • Critical parts (crankshaft, worm, worm wheel and toggle shaft) are made of imported high-grade steel alloy.
      • Both cutting plates are graded HRC45-47 in hardness, and are positioned in accordance with a fixed edge.
      • Chase is equipped with pneumatic lock system.

      • Four front lays can be individually adjusted to provide precise registration for different paper grades.

      Stripping Section
      • Triple action stripping ensures effective removal, especially for irregularly shaped waste.
      • Pull-out upper and lower stripping frame can be easily removed and adjusted.
      • Middle frame can be easily adjusted.
      • Frame loading is completed with a motor lifter.
      • Standard stripping pins and spring-loaded ejectors work together to punch out and remove waste.

      High Pile Delivery Section
      • Automatic sheet delivery platforms are easy to operate and the secondary platform supports quick up-and-down switching, which is particularly suitable for small-size sheets and multiple impositions.
      • Gripper bar chain tensioning system is employed.
      • Adjustable brushes for multiple segments and sheet-flattening air jets for stable sheet delivery.
      • Automatic lubrication system for the main chain.
