The pile turner is supplement equipment for printing and packing. Its primary functions include dust removal, sheet separation, pile alignment, pile turning. The pile turner can be applied to both pre-press and post-press processes.

Functions
- Dust Removal: The pile turner uses compressed air to blow off trims, scraps and dust, preventing them to affect operation or damage machines.
- Sheet Separation: The pile turner can separate sheets using high-frequency vibration and side air blast, which diminish static electricity and prevent sticking or jamming.
- Pile Alignment: The pile ensures 90° corner alignment using vibration and side bar positioning.
- Pile Turning: The pile turner automatically turns the paper pile through 180° to save downtime for double-sided printing.
