GSH Series

IR Drying Tunnel, Conveyor Dryer

The GSH Series IR drying tunnel is designed for printing workshops that need fast, even, and continuous drying after screen printing. By combining high-speed hot air, infrared drying, UV curing, and cold-air cooling in one conveyor-based system, the IR drying tunnel supports smoother production from printing to collection while reducing drying delays and handling problems.

During operation, the heated air is pressurized by fans and blown onto the printed substrate through specially designed nozzles or perforated plates. This creates a strong and even airflow that quickly removes moisture or solvent from the ink layer, helping printed sheets dry faster while maintaining stable print quality.

The IR drying tunnel is widely used for paper, printed circuit boards, instrument panels, signage, plastic materials, and other printed products that require efficient drying in screen printing and related printing processes.

Features
  • Hot Air Drying, Uv Curing, and Cold-Air Cooling in One System: The standard configuration includes four hot-air drying sections, one UV curing section, and one cold-air cooling section. This layout supports a complete drying and cooling workflow after printing.
  • Uniform Airflow for Faster Drying and Lower Paper Shrinkage: Hot and cold air blow downward through the perforated separation plate, creating even temperature and airflow distribution. This allows ink to dry quickly while reducing paper shrinkage, helping maintain registration accuracy after printing.
  • Efficient Heat Removal: The airflow system removes a large amount of heat from the machine, supporting safer operation and a more stable production environment.
  • Teflon-Coated Fiberglass Conveyor Belt: The conveyor belt uses American TEFLON-coated fiberglass material, offering strong resistance to high temperature, moisture, friction, and radiation during continuous production.
  • Variable-Frequency Speed Control: The stepless speed control system allows the conveyor speed to match manual printing, semi-automatic multi-machine printing, and high-speed automatic screen printing lines.
  • Automatic Tensioning and Belt Correction: The automatic tensioning and conveyor belt correction system keeps transmission stable and reduces belt deviation during long production runs.
  • Flexible Lamp and Section Operation: The IR Drying Tunnel supports single-section, single-lamp, multi-section, and multi-lamp operation modes. This gives operators more drying control, extends lamp service life, and reduces unnecessary energy consumption.
