GSSB Series

Screen Printing Exposure Unit

The GSSB screen printing exposure unit gives prepress workshops a more controlled way to transfer artwork onto photosensitive screen plates, helping create cleaner screens before printing begins.

During exposure, pressure keeps the original film and coated screen plate in close contact, so image details can be reproduced more sharply and consistently. This supports cleaner line edges, better graphic accuracy, and more stable screen quality for later printing operations.

This screen printing exposure unit uses a box-type structure and supports both manual and automatic exposure operation. With an automatic shutter system, 10 exposure memory settings, and gallium iodide lamps with a 370 nm wavelength, the unit provides stable exposure control for screen making workflows that require repeatable accuracy.
