Screen Washout Booth

The screen washout booth gives prepress operators a practical manual station for developing, stripping, and washing screen frames. With direct control over water pressure and spray direction, operators can remove residual ink and emulsion according to each screen cleaning requirement.

A typical screen washout booth is equipped with a stainless steel wash tank, spray gun, filtration system, and lighting device. Together, these components support daily screen developing, screen reclaiming, and frame washing while keeping the cleaning process simple, visible, and easy to manage.
